Are the program’s loan terms the same between Northeast and Southwest Colorado?

 No. In Northeast Colorado (Logan and Morgan counties), the loan is set up as a silent second loan with 0% interest, meaning you only repay the exact dollar amount you borrowed. In Southwest Colorado (Archuleta, Dolores, La Plata, Montezuma, and San Juan counties), the loan is set up as a Shared Appreciation Model (SAM), which impacts how much you will owe back to CEDP.
