**Eligibility Criteria:** Serves anyone in need in the St. Vrain Valley School District, which includes: Longmont, Hygiene, Lyons, Niwot, Mead, Frederick, Firestone, and Dacono, and we have recently expanded into serving Allenspark, Raymond, and Riverside. ​  
**Application/Intake Process:** The OUR Center has an intake process, and anyone seeking services is assigned to a Resource Navigator who reviews and manages each case. The Resource Navigator verifies income, expenses, household size, and other factors to determine what services are needed. Participants then partner with OUR Center on his or her case plan created to move them toward self-sufficiency. Clients are held accountable and are required to do their part in working toward self-sufficiency in order to receive OUR Center services.​

HOPE’s services are part of a fully supportive program leading towards successful housing for those who qualify through Coordinated Entry (CE). This is a required first step in receiving services in Boulder County. The brief, 20-minute assessment, helps identify how HOPE can support your needs, and what services will best meet them. CE is available in Longmont and Boulder.

\- SNAP Double Bucks:  Swipe your EBT card at the information tent to get SNAP bucks to purchase SNAP eligible foods anywhere in the market. For every dollar you withdraw from your SNAP account, you will receive an equal amount of Double Up Bucks which can be used to buy fresh fruits and vegetables up to $20 per visit.  
\- WIC: Receive $60 ($40 in WIC Veg bucks and $15 in WIC bucks) once a month while markets are open on the market day of your choice. To be eligible, the six numbers written on the front of your punch card MUST match the last 6 digits of your WIC card. Punch card must be presented in person with your WIC card. To request a new card, please contact your local WIC office or WIC educator. Cards will be distributed by mail at the beginning of each market season, and will replace the WIC stickers.

**Application/Intake Process:** In order to book a ride with Peak Family Transport, the patient will need the following: A state-issued photo ID A Health First Colorado member ID number A valid social security number An in-person appointment with a medical facility, of which they have no other means of traveling there. State coverage plan through Health First Colorado, with Title XIX coverage.​

**Additional Information:** Private Pay Bookings Available/ Minors transportation.

We will transport at a private pay rate of $3.15 per mile payable prior to your appointment via MC, Amex, Visa. This will be paid in full ahead of time and is nonrefundable in the event of cancellation in less than 48 hours notice.

The mission of the Immigrant Legal Center of Boulder County is to expand access to reliable legal services for the immigrant community, to educate the immigrant population about U.S. Law and to educate the general public about legal difficulties encountered by immigrants in this country. They also offer private legal consultations related to immigration issues, these services are affordable to clients (especially within Boulder) but prices for *full *assistance vary on a case by case basis.

\- Provides representation for family cases - includes adjustment of status, family petitions, DACA, counselor processing, citizenship, temporary protected status, renewal, removal of conditions on residencies  
***Does not***provide representation related to renewal proceedings in court  
**Eligibility Criteria:** Ideally provides legal assistance to clients in Boulder county, but they can also provide assistance to clients outside of the Boulder area for a higher fee.  
Prefers for immigrants to reach out by phone to set up a consultation. Fees are based on where clients live. Clients within the city of Boulder will have a $10 initial consultation fee, clients within Boulder county (but outside of the city) will have a $20 initial consultation fee, and clients outside of the Boulder area entirely will have a $30 initial consultation fee.  
**Application/Intake Process:** Clients should call to schedule an initial consultation appointment. The Immigrant Legal Center of Boulder can provide consultations via zoom and phone call.
