# EMAP - Can my application be prioritized for quicker processing?

Currently the only prioritization is for borrowers facing a pending foreclosure sale (e.g., an auction date). Any special circumstances to arise through case management will be prioritized as needed.

If your application has become urgent *and* you have submitted your application before the August 26, 2025 portal closure at 5pm MST, please call the CARE Center to report recent your Foreclosure and update your application at 303-838-1200
