# CERA - You've been selected! Now what? - Submitting the Full Application in Neighborly

## Here is a quick tutorial on how to submit the application for the Colorado Emergency Rental Assistance program using the Neighborly Software website.

If you have been notified that you were selected to complete a full application for the CERA program, please locate the link to the application that was sent to you in your notification email. You may contact the CARE Center for assistance at 303-838-1200 by phone or text, or use our chat service. 

**\*It is important to note - Any application submitted without being selected in the CERA monthly or daily random selection will not be valid.**
