Does the program apply to all of Colorado, or are there geographic restrictions?

There are geographic restrictions. To participate, the home must be in one of these counties:

• Southwest Colorado: Archuleta, Dolores, La Plata, Montezuma, or San Juan Counties
• Northeast Colorado: Logan or Morgan Counties

Note that loans in SW Colorado will be set up as a Shared Appreciation Model (SAM). This means that when you repay the loan, you will pay back the initial amount plus a share of the profit if the home grew in value (up to 15%). More information on SAM can be found below.
