What is the Community-First Mortgage Assistance Program?

 The Community-First Mortgage Assistance Program helps families in rural Colorado buy a home by providing financial support to cover down payment and closing costs. We do this by providing a 30-year deferred loan (meaning, there is 0% interest and no monthly payments required). The program is funded by the Colorado Department of Housing and run by CEDP.
