Can I apply for the Emergency Mortgage Assistance program if foreclosure is imminent?

Yes, however, if you apply less than 10 days before the foreclosure sale date, we may be unable to prevent the foreclosure.  Your assigned reviewer will contact your lender and attempt to prevent the foreclosure to the best of our ability, but we cannot guarantee assistance.
