CERA - Submitting the Pre-Application

If you believe you are eligible for the program, you can submit this pre-application during specific times each month to be entered into a random selection process. Each month, the Division of Housing randomly selects applicants to move forward with a full application through the Neighborly portal, and the pre-application is an important first step. 

Please check the website to determine if the pre-application is currently open, or to see the next dates it will be open.
