Lifeline Program - TDS Telecommunications
TDS provides a monthly discount on communication services which may include broadband internet, phone (landline or wireless), or bundles to eligible low-income households.

Low-Cost Internet Plan - PCs For People

PCs For People provides a Low-Cost Internet Plan for low-income individuals needing internet connectivity in their households. A modem with unlimited 4G LTE internet service is provided to connect those using this program to the internet.

- This program helps people with income at or below 200% of federal poverty guidelines.
- Must be below the 200% poverty level or be currently enrolled in an income-based government assistance program.

Eligibility Criteria: Salvation Army assistance programs in Adams, Arapahoe, and Douglas County. The Salvation Army provides free resources, including Christmas toys, food, motel vouchers, and school supplies as well as emergency financial assistance in Aurora, Parker, and the counties of Douglas, Arapahoe, and Adams County. Find how to get help from a faith-based charity. Several emergency assistance programs, as well as social services, are administered for working poor families, including food, financial assistance for rent or utilities, case management, and more. Integrated Family Community Services
Through a partnership with Innovative Housing Concepts, IFCS’s One-Time Rental Assistance Program aims to relocate eligible individuals and households to affordable permanent housing and achieve stability in that housing.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Applicants must live within or be willing to be relocated to the Tri-Cities area of Englewood, Littleton, and Sheridan. 
- Applicants must be unhoused, defined by lacking a fixed, regular and adequate nighttime residence.  
- Applicants must have proof of income.
Application/Intake Process: All interested applicants must complete an interest form on our website at www.ifcs.org If an applicant qualifies, they will be contacted for a phone interview by our staff.  
Additional Information: This program is run through a partnership with Innovative Housing Concepts. IFCS acts as a referring partner and being accepted for referral does not guarantee assistance as it is based on additional interviews and eligibility requirements specified by Innovative Housing Concepts.

    Suiting Program - Dress for Success - Denver

    Services Provided: Clothing ​
    Eligibility Criteria: Women who have completed job-readiness programs and are entering or returning to the workforce. Women obtain what they need for an interview—from clothing to confidence—and can return once they find employment for the apparel and accessories needed to enter the workforce.  To utilize the Suiting program, participants must receive a referral from a partnered organization.

    Food Security

    Integrated Family Community Services
    The Market @ IFCS is a free grocery store allowing people earning low-incomes or no incomes to shop for grocery staples once a month. We prioritize fresh produce and frozen meat along with pantry staples like pasta, rice, and beans. As often as possible, we also offer eggs and dairy products.

    Eligibility Criteria: Must be low or no income and a resident of Douglas County.
    Application/Intake Process: Open Monday through Friday, visitors must check-in upon arrival. Shopping services are first come, first served during IFCS’ Service Hours.
    Please come prepared with shopping bags.
    To decrease wait time for first time visitors, we offer online pre-registration. Before visiting The Market @ IFCS, use the links below and, after completing the online form, screenshot or write down your Client ID so we can find your information quickly. (Paper registration is available at check in for those who need it.)

    - Wait Time: The pre-registration form is simple to complete, once you've got your Client ID, use it for the in-person pick up during their food hours. Should take less than 2 hours.



    Help & Hope Center
    Our clients shop for groceries and toiletries, even pet food! We provide three meals a day (plus snacks!) for each family member for at least a week. We also offer household supplies, toiletries, diapers, sanitary supplies for women and seniors.

    Please be on time. If you are late, we may need to reschedule your appointment.
    Only one member per household, no children please.
    As we must space shoppers, it will be necessary to limit shopping times.
    If you are uncomfortable shopping or have children with you, our volunteers will be happy to prepare an order for you.

    Manna Care
    Starting in April 2024, the Manna Care Food Pantry is accessible by appointment only through the Plentiful application.

    Eligibility Criteria:
    Client is may be eligible if they are:
    Students must be age 3-21, live in the 11-county Denver Metro Area and be enrolled in preschool – 12th grade, or working toward a GED.
    Family is in crisis (due to job loss, disaster, poverty, homelessness or displacement). Their family is experiencing economic hardship due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
    They are refugees and asylum seekers.
    They are eligible for Free or Reduced Lunch (FRL) at school.
    They are in kinship or foster care. They are receiving services from a school, school district, human service agency, shelter, hospital, clinic or place of worship.​

    Eligibility Criteria:  
    - Volunteers support older adults ages 55+ in Denver, Jefferson, Larimer, Mesa, and parts of Douglas, Arapahoe, Adams and Broomfield Counties.
    - Individual lives in an area serviced by A Little Help Individual has a permanent residence,
    - Individual has needs that fall within the scope of A Little Help’s services.
    - Individual is able to verbally communicate by oneself over the phone or by email​
    Application/Intake Process:
    Application can be completed online or by phone. Once submitted, you will receive a call within 10 business days from our Membership Team to discuss your application.​
    Additional Information:
    - They request at least 5 business days’ notice for transportation requests. They can typically accommodate one ride per household per week.
    - Transportation requests should be fewer than 8 miles one-way.
    - Little Help helps seniors maintain good health and a high quality of life by providing round-trip transportation to health-related outings, grocery stores, and to social engagements.
