Shelter: The Shelter houses and feeds families experiencing homelessness in clean and safe environment to begin rebuilding hope. Application/Intake Process: Springs Rescue Mission offers safe, low-barrier shelter for up to 450 men and women every night: 24 hours a day; 7 days a week; 365 days of the year. Pet Shelter is also available There are no requirements for entry, but your ability to stay will be determined by your behavior.
Wait Time: Food is only available to clients already in the shelter. If you're in the shelter, you're able to get food services for lunch and dinner times.

- Non-emergency medical transportation is only available for select Medicaid/Medicare recipients, who also have Title XIX coverage.
- ALL Colorado Medical Assistance Program clients are eligible for NEMT services, unless the client falls within one of these eligibility groups on the date of the trip: Qualified Medicaid Beneficiary (QMB)
- ONLY Special Low Income Medicare Beneficiary (SLMB)
- ONLY Medicare Qualifying Individual-1 (QI-1)
- ONLY Old Age Pension (OAP – State Only) Child Health Plan Plus recipients are NOT eligible for NEMT services.
PACE clients receive transportation through their PACE organization, and are NOT eligible for NEMT services.
Application/Intake Process: In order to book a ride with Peak Family Transport, the patient will need the following: A state-issued photo ID A Health First Colorado member ID number A valid social security number An in-person appointment with a medical facility, of which they have no other means of travelling there. State coverage plan through Health First Colorado, with Title XIX coverage.
We will transport at a private pay rate of $3.15 per mile payable prior to your appointment via MC, Amex, Visa. This will be paid in full ahead of time and is nonrefundable in the event of cancellation in less than 48 hours notice.
