      How much of my rent will you be able to help pay?

      If eligibility requirements are met, assistance provided for a given month will be the lesser of:

      • The cost of the unpaid rent for one month (monthly rental agreement statement), 5 weeks (weekly rental agreement), or 30 days (daily agreement), or
      • 150% of Fair Market Rent (“FMR”) by bedroom size for the county in which the property is located, unless a waiver is provided by DOH. Fair Market Rent can be found here.
