How will I be informed of the approval or denial of my EMAP application?

Once a determination about your application is made, you will be informed via email, phone, text, or the Neighborly application portal.  Your reviewer will let you know if any additional information is needed to process your application, and if approved, the amount of assistance you are approved for.
