      Who is eligible to receive assistance from EMAP?

      To be considered eligible for EMAP/HAF program assistance, homeowners must meet ALL the criteria below:

       

      • Homeowner who havenot received funding assistance from EMAP/HAF previously
      • Are occupying an eligible (1-4 unit) home that you own/pay the mortgage on as your primary residence in the state of Colorado
      • Have experienced a COVID-related financial hardship after January 21, 2020
      • Have an annual household income at or below 150% of the Area Median Income (AMI) for their current county or at the time of COVID-19 financial hardship
      • Have a home loan that was not a Jumbo Loan at the time of purchase or most recent refinance.
