To be considered eligible for EMAP/HAF program assistance, homeowners must meet ALL the criteria below:
- Are occupying an eligible (1-4 unit) home that you own/pay mortgage on as your primary residence in the state of Colorado
- Have experienced a COVID related financial hardship after January 21, 2020
- Have an annual household income at or below 150% of the Area Median Income (AMI) for their current county, or at the time of COVID financial hardship
- Have a home loan that was not a Jumbo loan at the time of purchase or most recent refinance.
