To be considered eligible for EMAP/HAF program assistance, homeowners must meet ALL the criteria below:
****Original application completed and submitted before June 7, 2024 at 5:00PM OR Recertification/AFR completed and submitted before February 26, 2024****
- Are occupying an eligible (1-4 unit) home that you own/pay the mortgage on as your primary residence in the state of Colorado
- Have experienced a COVID-related financial hardship after January 21, 2020
- Have an annual household income at or below 150% of the Area Median Income (AMI) for their current county or at the time of COVID-19 financial hardship
- Have a home loan that was not a Jumbo Loan at the time of purchase or most recent refinance.
