How are applications prioritized?

Eligible applications are prioritized by the following criteria when this information is available: 

• Households that have received an eviction summons (Forcible Entry and
  Detainer), and these notices have been provided to the reviewer.
• Households with income below 50% of Area Median Income (AMI).
• Households where one or more household member(s) were unemployed for at least 90 days prior to the date of application and adequate documentation has been provided.
