In this article you will learn how to view and complete tasks in the Neighborly portal. You may be asked to complete a task so you can upload additional documentation or respond to questions from your reviewer.
*It is crucial that you contact the CARE center when you receive new legal documents after you have submitted your application. CARE may send you a task to help you upload the document to your application.
Step 1. Tasks are available to update your Neighborly application. When a task is opened you will receive an email from the Neighborly portal with a link to get back into your application.
Step 2. When you get into the portal, go to View Task.
Step 3. You will see "Upload file" in blue. You are able to upload multiple documents at one time.
You also can write a message to your reviewer inside the task.
Step 4. When you are done uploading documents you will need to complete the task.
When you are finished you will see it has been completed!
