Neighborly Technical Support

Neighborly is the application portal used by the CERA Program for full applications. You may be asked to complete an application for this program - for guidelines on that, see [Tutorial coming soon!].

CARE Center does not administer the Neighborly portal and we don't have any ability to change your password or fix technical issues with their portal - but here are some tips and tricks to start. If these methods don't work, you will need to contact Neighborly support at support@neighborlysoftware.com.

If selected, you will receive an email with the link to Neighborly. If you need assistance with locating it, please contact the CARE Center.
