If you believe your application was denied in error, you may appeal the decision to the Colorado Department of Local Affairs.
To submit an Appeal, send the Appeal Request Form AND any relevant documentation to
support your request to dola_colorado_era@state.co.us . Please include “Appeal TRAG/ERAP
Denial [insert your name here]” in the subject line, and include your contact information,
reason for denial, and why you believe that this determination was made in error.
