- No case over $15,000 can be paid
- If you have received emergency rental assistance funds (ERA) through any county or state program in the last year (365 days), you are no longer eligible for rental assistance unless you completed your application before the previous wind down deadlines listed below.
- However, those experiencing eviction may still be eligible for assistance so long as they haven’t received an Emergency Rental Assistance benefit in the last 12 months.
Previous Wind Down deadlines
• 11/15/22 - no new applications accepted
• 10/21/22 - no new AFR accepted
• 7/01/22 - only one AFR allowed post 7/01/22
Please note, that submitting an application or request for additional funding prior to the
aforementioned deadlines does not guarantee payment, but submitted applications
that are currently being reviewed will continue to be processed until all program
funds have been awarded and disbursed.
