If I am eligible, how much rental assistance can I receive?

The State program can pay a total maximum of 7 months of back rent you owe (arrears) and the current month's rent for all eligible applications.The program cannot reimburse you for rent already paid. The program can only pay up to 130% of the fair market rent for your county and the size of the apartment or house that you have. Mobile home lot rent is also eligible.
