      I applied. What should I do now?

      It is helpful to do the following:

      • Communicate with your landlord that you have applied for assistance
      • Let your landlord know they must provide a W-9, lease, and ledger, and to communicate with the review agency regarding the payment.
      • Keep orderly records of all rental income.
      • Respond promptly when the review agency reaches out about the application.
